OPD Family Day

This was such a fun day! The children and grandchildren of the OPD workers all got to go experince what happens at OPD. They got to do so much fun stuff and even have some lunch.

There were demonstrations and things to climb on and in. 

They even got to go up in the bucket truck and ring the bell at the top.

 They had such fun going from station to station.

They tried it all out. Super fun idea!

A Day for Shay

I had a day off so I had Shay over to play. We did lots of fun activities while she was here.

 I set up the teepee for her to read in,

 She had fun with stickers.

 Then we pulled out the water toy. That's always a favorite!

 Shay created a work of art on my phone.

We finished playtime with lunch...

at McDonald's of course. Then I got her home in time for her nap. 

It was a great morning and we had lots of fun together.

Grandparents Day 2018

This is the one year I got to take all three boys together. Rees will be in Middle school next year. I finally cracked the code and took the boys to the book fair the day before Grandparents Day. Such a better way to go. The line is always hideous. So we got that out of the way first. That gave us all morning for breakfast. It's a good thing because it took us all morning. It was packed. They had the honor choir sing while we were eating.

It was a great morning. I just loved spending breakfast and the morning with these boys!
